Kiwi.com Unauthorized Charges Totaling $282 on TEB Bank Card
On September 7 and September 8, 2026, two separate transactions totaling 13,757.33 TRY were made from my TEB Bank card through iyzico/Kiwi.com without my knowledge or authorization. I did not purchase any ticket or make any reservation through Kiwi.com, and I had no request or approval related to these transactions. Therefore, the charges made to my card were clearly unauthorized and fraudulent.
As soon as I noticed the transactions, I filed a dispute with my bank. However, the bank confirmed that the pending transactions had been processed and informed me that the dispute process could take up to 90 days. In the meantime, I am experiencing significant financial hardship and am also concerned about how my card information was used without my authorization.
I request that Kiwi.com urgently investigate these unauthorized transactions, review all records related to the unauthorized use of my account and card information, and refund the total amount of approximately $282 charged to my card as soon as possible.
