Kiwi Tea Samovar Tap Stopped Working After First Use

I bought a Kiwi brand tea samovar from Migros on Sunday. I used the product once and after filling about one and a half liters of water, the tap stopped working and water did not come out of the spout. Because of this problem, the product is not usable as a tea maker. Due to this malfunction that occurred at the first use, I request that my Kiwi tea samovar be taken back and that a refund be made or the product be replaced with a new, fault‑free one.
