Kiwi Booking Refund Denied After Lyon to Bolivia Flight Issue

I am contacting you regarding our booking no. 765589198 for the trip from Lyon to Bolivia made via your platform Kiwi, for which we are facing several difficulties that we find incomprehensible and particularly prejudicial. First, we requested a refund for medical reasons. A health problem prevented us from making this trip and we provided a medical certificate confirming this situation. Despite this official document, our request was not taken into account, which we deeply regret, especially as the initial ticket Lyon Saint‑Exupéry – Santa Cruz was purchased for a total amount of 1,089 euros, which is a particularly significant sum for us. Secondly, we were informed by your services that the flight Lyon Saint‑Exupéry – Madrid would be subject to major disruptions, likely to cause a delay and therefore the loss of our connection Madrid – Santa Cruz (Bolivia). Faced with this situation and in order not to risk losing the entire trip, we felt compelled to ask for a change or refund so that we could book another flight. Following this, we received a refund of only 29 euros and had to buy a new ticket Lyon – Madrid on another platform for an amount of 128.97 euros. The only other option proposed by Kiwi was a credit usable only on your platform for three years, which did not suit us. Today, we are very surprised to see that the Lyon – Madrid flight in question still appears available at the same times on other platforms and with other companies. This raises a real incomprehension for us, as we were led to believe that the flight would experience such disruptions that we risked missing our connection. We have the feeling that we were forced to buy a new ticket urgently on the basis of information that now appears to be contradictory. In view of these elements, and considering both the refusal of the medical refund despite the supporting certificate and the contradictory information about the Lyon – Madrid flight, I kindly request the reimbursement of the new Lyon – Madrid ticket that I had to purchase on another platform, in the amount of 128.97 euros. I ask you to review this situation carefully and to provide a clear explanation regarding the information given about the Lyon – Madrid flight and the handling of our medical refund request, as the current outcome seems unfair and very damaging.
