Complaint For Refund From Kiwi.com

I booked a flight through Kiwi.com from London to Preveza for 30 May under the name Mrs Lisa L***, with booking number 781444433 on Enter Air. During the booking process, I paid €180.40 EUR to add baggage to this reservation. On 29 May, Kiwi.com messaged me to say that it was too late to add luggage and that they could not process it, even though they had already charged me for this service. Since then I have contacted Kiwi.com customer service multiple times to request a refund, but instead of resolving the issue they keep repeatedly asking me for information that I have already provided. I later received a partial refund of €80 EUR, which does not cover the full amount I paid for the baggage. I paid for a service that was never added to my booking and I have spent considerable time trying to get this corrected. I request that Kiwi.com pay the remaining refund of €60.27 EUR for the baggage that was not provided and send me a clear written confirmation once the full refund has been processed.
