Kinder Joy Spoiled Chocolate

I bought a Kinder Joy product from a BİM store in Ankara two days ago. Later I noticed that the package was actually slightly open and when I checked inside, there were bubbles on the chocolate and it looked as if it had started to become infested. The taste and appearance of the chocolate were clearly bad and it was obvious that the product was not in a consumable condition. I am very uncomfortable that such a product was on sale despite being spoiled, especially considering that Kinder Joy is a product frequently bought for children. Although the expiry date on the package is in 2027, the chocolate being spoiled shows that there is either a problem in production, storage or control processes. I request that my financial loss be compensated and that the spoiled product be replaced, and I also expect Ferrero and the relevant BİM store to investigate how this product was offered for sale in this condition and to inform me about the result.
