Kiko Milano Order Issue - Melted Eye Cream Received

I received my order from Kiko Milano today. Unfortunately, the eye cream had completely melted and leaked. Given the current temperature, it is important to exercise caution when shipping these types of products. I was quite let down when I received the items I had eagerly purchased for my birthday in such a disappointing condition. I will never shop from this brand anymore.

I think you should apologize. Because of this attitude, I am not considering buying kiko again.
