I’ve bought two bottles of Jo Malone perfume so far. The first one was perfect, with a lasting scent that justified the high price. But the second bottle, which I purchased in November 2022, has almost no staying power, and the fragrance fades far too quickly. For the price I paid, I expected far better quality. When I returned it with my receipt, I was told it couldn’t be refunded because of the purchase date, even though the bottle is nearly full.
Due to asthma, I can only wear select fragrances, and Jo Malone was one of the few brands I trusted and even recommended to others. Now, I feel let down by this poor experience. I won’t be buying Jo Malone again, and I feel my loyalty was disregarded. I hope Jo Malone values customer satisfaction and takes action to improve product quality and address complaints like mine.
