Although Jio is possibly the top network in India, the quality of service past 9 PM reveals quite another side. Every evening the network slows down to the point that even sending a basic message becomes impossible, let alone browsing or streaming. Though one spends money on costly recharge plans guaranteeing "high-speed internet," the experience is everything but fast. When I contacted customer support, they advised me to "restart my phone," or "wait for off-peak hours." If Jio is aware of a traffic congestion problem, why is it not funding infrastructure to meet its expanding customer base? Being the "number one network" should indicate consistent and dependable service rather than only a designation. What are we paying for otherwise?
