If Jio didn’t update your recharge and your data balance is missing;

• Contact Jio customer support via the MyJio app, chat, or helpline and report that your recharge was successful but benefits weren’t applied
• Provide your Jio number, recharge amount, date/time, transaction ID, and screenshots or payment confirmation

Ask them to;

• Verify the recharge status on their system
• Check for any delayed processing or backend sync issue
• Apply the data/plan benefits manually or reverse and redo the recharge if needed

If the problem persists;

• Keep all recharge receipts, screenshots, and reference numbers
• Restart your phone and toggle airplane mode to refresh the network
• File a complaint on Xolvie to seek recharge correction and data balance restoration
