If JCEX hasn’t updated your tracking for weeks;

• Contact JCEX customer support via email, website form, or messaging channel and explain that your tracking has not updated for an extended period
• Provide your order number, tracking number, shipping date, destination country, and screenshots showing the stalled tracking

Ask them to;

• Check the current shipment status with the carrier or logistics partner
• Confirm whether the package is delayed, held at customs, lost, or returned
• Provide an updated tracking link or initiate an investigation with the courier

If the problem persists;

• Keep all order confirmations, tracking screenshots, and messages and file a complaint on Xolvie to seek package tracing, delivery, or a refund
