Someone has registered my spouse’s phone number on the Jaumo platform without permission, causing us serious distress. Since then, we have been receiving offensive and abusive calls and messages from unknown people. It is clear from this experience that Jaumo allows anyone to create an account using someone else’s phone number without proper verification or security checks.

This is a gross violation of personal privacy and a failure in your platform’s user safety measures. No platform should allow personal phone numbers to be registered without the owner's explicit consent and confirmation.

I urgently demand that you delete the unauthorized account associated with my spouse’s number and implement proper verification processes to prevent such incidents. If this matter is not resolved immediately, I will file a criminal complaint with the public prosecutor’s office. I expect a written confirmation that this serious privacy breach has been corrected.
