Withdrawal Pending Problem
I requested a withdrawal of ₹18,000 from Jalwa on 16 June, but as of today the transaction is still pending and the amount has not been credited to my account. This delay is causing me concern because there has been no progress or clear information about the status of my money. I contacted Jalwa customer support regarding this pending withdrawal, but I only received an “ok” type of response and was not given any explanation for the delay, any time frame for completion, or any reference number. The lack of transparency and follow‑up from support makes the situation even more frustrating. I request that my pending withdrawal of ₹18,000 be processed and credited to my account as soon as possible, and that I be informed clearly about the status and reason for the delay.
