Jackaroo King Bann Account Review

My Jakaro King account with ID 561966962 was suddenly banned while I was in a room on the night of 24/08. I did not receive any prior warning, explanation or message about a rule violation, and I was only met with the “This account has been banned” notice. I would like my account to be reviewed in detail and to be informed clearly about the exact reason for this ban. If this was a mistake or an automatic ban, I request that my account be reactivated and my access to the game restored.
