Jackaroo King Banned Android Account 28595511 Mid-Game Wasting 45K Gold

I play Jackaroo King on the Android platform. Approximately 15 minutes ago, while playing the game, my account was banned without any explanation provided, and the 45,000 gold coins I had deposited went completely to waste. My User ID is 28595511. I contacted the game management, but I received nothing more than generic, copy-pasted responses, and my grievance was left unaddressed.
