Iyzico Blocked Merchant Payment

I am a service provider collecting payments from my clients via payment links through İyzico; although I fully rendered my services, issued the corresponding invoices, and paid my taxes, two separate payments under transaction number 3257814606 dated 07/07/2024—amounting to 1,188,797.31 TRY and 234,668.79 TRY—have been blocked since 02/07/2024, remaining withheld without being transferred to my account for approximately 620 days. I have only been informed that these payments are under review, without any concrete written or verbal explanation provided beyond that, and despite my repeated calls and requests for information, I cannot reach a responsible representative or receive any clarity regarding the current stage of the process or why it has taken so long. Holding these funds—for which services were delivered, taxes paid, and commercial planning established—under block for such an extended period has severely disrupted my business and cash flow; therefore, I demand that İyzico immediately transfer the blocked amounts of 1,188,797.31 TRY and 234,668.79 TRY to my account together with all interest and accrued damages resulting from this delay, failing which I will issue a formal legal warning through my lawyer on Monday and subsequently initiate legal proceedings.
