İş Bankası Blocked My Card Without Approval After I Inquired About Canceling the Fee
I sent an email to İş Bankası to inquire whether it would be possible to cancel my card fee, as I was charged for the first time in 13 years. In the email, I mentioned that if the fee could not be waived, I would consider closing my card. Without seeking my approval, the bank immediately blocked my card. They claimed I would have a week to manage my subscriptions, move money, and make other necessary arrangements, but the card was deactivated in less than a day. This sudden action caused significant inconvenience, and I believe it was handled poorly.
