IQScore.ME Charged My Card Without Consent and Refused My Refund




I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with IQScore.ME due to unauthorized charges on my credit card. I used your service only once and at no point did I clearly approve any recurring payment or ongoing subscription. Despite this, my card was charged a total of 75 USD without my explicit consent, which I find completely unacceptable and misleading. After discovering these charges, I contacted IQScore.ME. Instead of taking responsibility, you merely cancelled the subscription and refused to refund the 75 USD that had already been taken from my account. Cancelling future payments does not solve the fact that money was withdrawn from my card without proper authorization. This behavior creates the impression of a deliberately deceptive subscription practice. I am seriously annoyed by this situation and feel that my trust has been abused. I demand an immediate full refund of the 75 USD charged to my credit card and a clear written confirmation that no further charges will ever be made to my card. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will consider taking the matter further with my bank and relevant consumer protection channels.
