Intersport Sold Me the Wrong Shokz Headphones Without Proper Information
On Saturday, October 5th, at 19:57, I purchased a Shokz brand headphone from the Intersport tent at the Bodrum Half Marathon Expo. I assumed the product included Bluetooth since it was wireless, but no such feature was explained to me. After opening the product, I realized it didn’t have Bluetooth. I quickly went to the Intersport store in Kozyatağı City’s AVM, Istanbul, on Tuesday, October 8th, to resolve the issue. The store manager informed me, after speaking with the "Regional Manager," that they couldn't accept the product back. I was told to contact Intersport customer service for further investigation of the product, and there was no guarantee of getting the correct one.
I feel misled and intentionally sold the wrong product by Intersport. The product cost ₺9,999, and after a 15% Expo discount, I paid ₺8,499. Due to the salesperson's failure to inform me properly, I’m now stuck with an ₺8,499 product that doesn’t meet my expectations. I request that my issue be resolved quickly, and the correct product be sent to me.
