Intersport Refund Not Processed - No Response After Returned Product

I returned the unused product on time, but there is no record, email, or any other information confirming the return by Intersport. It has been five days, and customer service does not reply. The officer at the headquarters said they cannot help other than taking the complaint. Intersport also does not respond to any emails listed as customer service contacts on their website. They are not issuing the refund required by law.
