Instagram Shows Irrelevant Accounts on Top of My Share List Without Order

In my Instagram share list, the accounts do not appear in the correct order or some are missing, which is both inconvenient and frustrating. The people I interact with the least are showing at the top of the list, while those I frequently engage with are either lower down or not showing at all. This issue affects my ability to quickly share content with the right people and disrupts the overall user experience.
