Instagram Closed My Community Page Without Warning - Did Not Respond to Emails
Our community's Instagram page, which we oversee, was abruptly deleted without warning. There were no prior warnings or notifications given to us, and it is still unknown why this action was taken. We emailed the appropriate Instagram support teams right away in the hopes of receiving some clarification or direction, but we haven't heard back from anyone as of yet. Being in the dark is really depressing, particularly when the page was crucial for interacting with our community. We've made the decision to go further and will be submitting a formal complaint to the appropriate authorities and the consumer committee. We anticipate that Instagram will take this matter seriously and offer a swift and transparent solution so that we can carry on with our work without any more interruptions.
