Help Me Recover My Hacked Instagram Account

I'm so mad at the moment! Someone broke into my Instagram account, so I can't sign in anymore. It's like they've taken over my whole online life! Worst of all, they have turned on two-factor authentication and are asking for an 8-digit code, which I don't know. I've tried to reset my password by using my email address and phone number, but neither one works. What this hacker is doing with my account worries me a lot. They are using my picture and information from my profile to trick other people, which makes me look bad. I don't want my friends and followers to think that I'm posting all of this crazy stuff.
