On November 7, 2024, I received a WhatsApp message from a business account with the country code +27. When I searched online, I learned that this code belongs to South Africa. I have no personal or commercial relationship with this country, and I was very disturbed by this situation.
I have blocked the number, but I am filing this as a formal complaint. I do not accept any responsibility if my account details, phone number, or private information — including messages and photos — are misused. This includes the possibility of a company being established under my name, purchases being made, or debts being created. I declare that I will not accept legal liability for any such misuse. All responsibility lies with WhatsApp.
