Indeed Charges Surprise Recurring Fee After One-Time Job Posting

About a month ago, I posted a paid job listing on the Indeed recruitment platform, paid using my credit card, and the transaction was completed without issue at the time. I acted under the understanding that this was a single, one-time payment, as no additional subscription or recurring billing details were communicated to me.

However, on July 2, 2026, I noticed an unauthorized charge of €26 on my credit card, despite having no outstanding balance or purchasing any new services. I received zero notification or request for authorization regarding this payment.

I refuse to accept Indeed deducting funds from my card without my knowledge and explicit consent. I demand a full refund of the €26 charged to my card as soon as possible and insist that no further unauthorized fees be applied to my account.
