My IN999 game account was locked about one day ago right after I finished playing the game, without any prior warning or explanation. Since then, I have not been able to access my account.

I have not yet been able to reach or contact customer support about this issue, and I have received no information from the company explaining why my account was locked. This situation is preventing me from using the game and my account as normal.

I kindly request that my IN999 game account be unlocked as soon as possible and that I be clearly informed about the exact reason why my account was locked, so that I can avoid any similar issue in the future.
