PUBG Support Has Not Recovered My Hacked Account

I am using an Oppo A9 2020, and my PUBG account has been hacked. The email address linked to my PUBG ID was changed without my permission, and since then I have completely lost access to my account.

After discovering the unauthorized change, I contacted PUBG support and attempted to recover the account through the available recovery options. However, despite my efforts and support requests, my PUBG ID has still not been returned to me, and the issue remains unresolved.

I am extremely upset and frustrated that I lost access to my account in this way, especially because I did not authorize any email change or suspicious activity. Losing access to my PUBG account has also meant losing my progress, account data, and everything connected to it.

I kindly request that PUBG urgently investigate this issue, recover my hacked PUBG ID, and return full access to my account as soon as possible. I also request that proper security measures be applied to my account to prevent any unauthorized access or email changes from happening again in the future.
