If you were charged by IMO without using any paid service,

Check the transaction details;

• Look at your bank statement
• Identify:
– Merchant name (IMO / Google Play / App Store)
– Date and amount
– Subscription or one-time payment

Charges often come through app stores, not directly from IMO.

Understand common reasons;

• Accidental subscription (IMO Premium or similar)
• Free trial ended and auto-renewed
• In-app purchase triggered by mistake
• Linked card charged via Google Play / Apple

These are the most frequent causes.

Check your subscriptions;

• Google Play → Payments & Subscriptions
• App Store → Subscriptions

Cancel anything active immediately.

Request a refund;

• Through Google Play / Apple (fastest way)
• Select: “Unauthorized purchase” or “Didn’t intend to buy”

Most refunds are handled by the store, not IMO.

Secure your account;

• Remove saved payment methods
• Enable purchase verification (password/biometric)
