iCashOne Top Up Cancelled and Not Refunded
I am writing to report a serious issue I experienced with iCashOne regarding an online top-up that was cancelled but not refunded. On 28 March 2026, I made a top-up payment of 8,000 Indian Rupees to my iCashOne wallet using PhonePe from my ICICI Bank account. In the iCashOne application, this payment now appears as “Cancelled”, yet the amount has not been returned to my bank account. I have payment proof clearly showing the 8,000 INR debit. From 28 March 2026 until today, I have repeatedly contacted the iCashOne support team and raised a complaint under ticket number 185880, requesting a refund. Despite this, I have not received any proper response, explanation, or solution, and I find the service and support provided to be very poor and unsatisfactory. I request that iCashOne urgently resolve this issue either by refunding the full 8,000 INR back to my ICICI bank account or by correctly crediting the amount to my iCashOne wallet, and also provide a clear explanation for why the transaction was cancelled and why my money has been held for this long. I am using iCashOne and PhonePe in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India, and I expect this matter to be addressed promptly and transparently.
