Hummel Power Play Shoes Defective Sole And Torn Lining Warranty Issue

I bought Power Play model shoes from the Hummel store in Istanbul Viaport Asia Shopping Mall on 07.09.2025. I wanted to try the Hummel brand for the first time, but after about 1 month and 20 days of use, I had serious problems. There is a constant noise from the bottom sole on both of the shoes (There may be an air sole problem or an explosion). In addition, there was an opening at the front of the right shoe and the inner lining was completely torn. In daily use, only 3. After the week, these problems started and gradually increased. I have my invoice, I request a product replacement within the scope of the warranty period. My experience in the store was also very negative; one of the employees was extremely indifferent and even tended to physical violence against us. Having so many problems in such a short time made me completely cold from the brand. I saw similar complaints on your site and realized that no solution was offered. Still, I want my grievance to be removed and the shoe to be replaced with a new one. I have a video recording, but I couldn't upload it because it lasted 9 seconds. I request that my problem be solved urgently.

There has still been no response for 10 days, Hummel is a disappointment. It was the first and the last time.
