Hugo Boss Sneakers Fell Apart Within Six Months Of Normal Use
I have been a long-time customer of the Boss brand, and around May 2025, I purchased a pair of sneakers from the Oqua Florya Brands store. While another pair of Boss shoes that I have owned for three years is still in excellent condition, the inner lining and ankle sections of this newer pair tore apart and became heavily damaged within only six months.
I used the shoes only for normal daily city use and did not expose them to any unusually heavy or harsh conditions. Under these circumstances, I absolutely did not expect such rapid wear and deterioration in such a short period of time.
Today, I returned the shoes to the store where I purchased them, and I was informed that an inspection process had been started.
During this process, I do not want the issue to be dismissed as “user error,” because the fact that I have another pair from the same brand that has remained durable for years clearly shows that this is not due to improper use. In addition, because these shoes became unusable, I was forced to purchase another pair of shoes as a replacement.
My primary request is a full refund of the amount I paid for the shoes.
I expect the Boss brand to compensate for this situation fairly and quickly without damaging the trust I have built in the brand over many years as a loyal customer.
