My Huawei Nova 13 Pro Lacks 'Never' Option for Sleep Mode

I recently purchased the Huawei Nova 13 Pro, and I’m already regretting it. One of the most basic yet essential features—the 'Never' option in sleep mode settings—is missing. This causes major frustration, especially when watching videos or reading long-form content, as the screen keeps timing out.

I previously used a lower model of Huawei and never encountered this kind of limitation. In fact, it had more flexibility and functionality than this supposedly upgraded device. To make matters worse, several other features in the phone are locked or inaccessible, which makes the user experience even more disappointing.

Huawei, I expected better from a flagship device. I’m asking you to issue a software update immediately to enable the missing sleep mode option and unlock restricted features. This phone doesn’t currently justify its price, and I sincerely regret buying it unless you fix these issues promptly.
