Huawei Watch Fit 3 Screen Scratched After Just 3 Days While My Watch Fit 2 Was Fine

It's only been three days since I got the Huawei Watch Fit 3, but I can already tell that even light rubbing scratches the screen. What's strange is that the screen seems to be too responsive to damage. This never happened to me when I wore the Huawei Watch Fit 2 for two years before. I don't know if this is a usual issue with the Watch Fit 3 or if I just got a bad one, but this has been a very disappointing experience. I was hoping for the same quality and longevity as my old phone, and I hope Huawei fixes this problem. Please explain what's wrong with the screen quality and help me fix it.
