Huawei MatePad 12X Body Bent Despite Careful Use

I have been using a Huawei MatePad 12X tablet for approximately nine months and, overall, I have been very satisfied with its performance. However, I have recently encountered a concerning issue with the device that has significantly affected my user experience.

Around four months ago, I noticed that the tablet's body had begun to bend or warp. The problem has become increasingly noticeable over time. At this point, when I place the tablet on a completely flat surface, it no longer sits evenly. Instead, it rocks back and forth like a seesaw, indicating that the chassis is visibly bent. This situation is both frustrating and disappointing, especially considering how carefully I have treated the device.

From the first day of ownership, I have used the tablet exclusively with its original protective case and a dedicated carrying bag. I have never placed heavy objects on it, carried it carelessly, dropped it, or exposed it to impacts that could reasonably cause physical deformation. Because of this, I do not believe the issue was caused by misuse or accidental damage on my part. I am unable to understand how the device became warped under normal usage conditions.

I genuinely enjoy using this tablet and have been so satisfied with its features that I recommended the Huawei MatePad 12X to several friends. As a result, five of my friends purchased the same model based on my recommendation. Experiencing this problem now has left me feeling disappointed and uncomfortable, especially after encouraging others to buy the product.

For these reasons, I request that my Huawei MatePad 12X be thoroughly inspected under warranty. If the deformation is determined to be related to a manufacturing defect, material issue, or product fault, I ask that Huawei provide an appropriate solution, including a free repair or a replacement device. I hope Huawei will carefully evaluate my case and resolve this issue in a way that reflects its commitment to product quality and customer satisfaction.
