Although the campaign covers international devices, when I try to purchase the battery replacement campaign, I encounter a warning stating "extended services cannot be purchased for your device." Please resolve this issue or error. This campaign is crucial for maintaining the longevity and performance of my phone. I urge Huawei to ensure that all customers, regardless of their device's origin, have access to essential services like battery replacements. It's disappointing to face barriers when trying to participate in a program aimed at improving device functionality and user satisfaction.
