I use the Hotminidrama platform to watch series and recently requested a cash withdrawal. Today I initiated a withdrawal of R300 from my account balance through the “Cash Out” section. After doing this, the application displayed a message stating that my account is under “Account Risk Verification” and that the withdrawal may take up to 7 days. I am uncomfortable and doubtful about this situation because there is money in my balance and the process and risks are not clearly explained. I do not understand exactly why my account is under risk verification, what checks are being made, or whether there is any problem that might prevent my withdrawal from being paid. I request that Hotminidrama give me clear and detailed written information about the status of my account, the reason for the account risk verification, and when and how my R300 withdrawal will be paid. I also request transparent communication about any additional steps required from my side so that I can know my money is safe and will be paid without any hidden conditions.
