Hot Mini Drama PayPal Withdrawal Stuck Pending

I am a user of the Hot Mini Drama application from South Africa and I have an issue with withdrawing my winnings. Two days ago I reached the required amount to cash out and pressed the cash out button for 300 USD and then another 500 USD via PayPal. Despite this, my balance and status in the app have not changed and the money has not been transferred to my PayPal account. The withdrawal still appears pending and I am unable to access my funds. I have not yet been able to find a proper support contact for Hot Mini Drama and therefore have not received any information or explanation about the delay or what I should do to complete the withdrawal. I request that my PayPal withdrawals of 300 USD and 500 USD be processed as soon as possible or that I am clearly informed about the steps I must take so that my account can be verified and my funds released.
