My Hotmail account, which was linked to a friend’s device, was banned without cause after my friend’s device was banned. I don’t understand why my account was affected, as I have always followed the rules and respected the platform’s guidelines. I’ve invested so much effort into maintaining this account, and this unjust ban is deeply upsetting.

I am asking for immediate assistance to review my case and lift the ban on my account. Additionally, I noticed the messaging feature on my account is disabled, and I kindly request it to be reactivated as well.
