Microsoft Account Recovery Rejected Despite Providing All Requested Information

I have used my Microsoft Outlook email account for many years to manage and access my gaming accounts. On July 2, 2026, when I launched one of the games linked to my Outlook account, I discovered that I had been signed out of my email without my knowledge or consent. When I attempted to sign back in, Microsoft informed me that my password was incorrect. I tried several passwords that I may have previously used, and after multiple unsuccessful attempts, I was told to wait one to two hours before trying again. Approximately three hours later, I signed in successfully using the same password that had previously been reported as incorrect. After regaining access, I immediately changed my password and continued using the account normally.

However, on July 3, 2026, when I attempted to sign in again, I received a notification stating that my account had been suspended and that I needed to begin the account recovery process. Since that day, I have been completely unable to access my account. Although I provided every piece of information requested by Microsoft's support team, my recovery request was rejected on the grounds that the information was supposedly incorrect. After that, I received nothing but automated email responses, with no meaningful explanation or assistance.

All of my gaming accounts and years of accumulated data are linked to this Outlook account and are now completely inaccessible. In addition, another email account that uses this Outlook address as its recovery email has also become inaccessible because of the suspension, leaving me unable to recover either account and causing significant hardship.

If Microsoft has identified any security issue or suspicious activity involving my account, I respectfully request a clear and detailed explanation of the reason for the suspension. More importantly, I ask that my account be fully restored and that my access to all of my data, email, and linked accounts be reinstated as soon as possible.
