Hornet Network Block

I am experiencing a technical problem with the Hornet application on my iPhone 13 running iOS 17.5. Whenever I try to use the app, a pop-up appears on the screen that says “Blocked” and “Network blocked” and the only option is to tap the confirmation button. Because of this error, I am unable to use the application properly. This problem started recently and has been continuing despite my attempts to resolve it on my side. I have already tried restarting the app and checking my internet connection, but the issue persists in the same way every time. I have not yet contacted Hornet support directly and wanted to clarify the situation first. I kindly request that you check whether there is any restriction or block on my Hornet account or if there is a technical problem on your side that is causing this “Network blocked” message. I would like the issue to be investigated and resolved so that I can use the application again without interruption, and if any action is required from my side, I ask you to inform me clearly about it.
