Honda Dealership Kept My Motorcycle for Days With No Diagnosis, No Estimate, and No Callbacks
On Monday, June 15th, at around 1:50 PM, I dropped off my Honda Dio 110 motorcycle at Mutluhan Honda dealership for a diagnostic inspection and a price estimate based on the findings. They told me they would identify the problem and call me — but more than 48 hours have passed and no one has given me any clear information. I was also never given any paperwork or a service receipt.
When I called the service center on Tuesday, June 16th, I was told the matter would be passed along to S****, who would get back to me — but no one called that day. Today I spoke with E****, who told me that S**** had been out yesterday and that he would let him know and have him call me. Despite that conversation taking place at around 10:00 AM, no one followed up, so at 1:50 PM I spoke with a female staff member who also said she would call me back — and I still haven't heard from anyone.
My motorcycle has been sitting at the service center for days, and I have no information whatsoever about what the problem is, how long the repair will take, or what it will cost. On top of that, there is no signed paperwork or official record of any kind. I'm requesting that the diagnostic be carried out immediately, that a clear price estimate be provided, that I be kept properly and consistently informed going forward, and that someone explain the communication failures and delays that have occurred.
