Refund Request for a £29.99 Charge From HINTAPP.COM UK
On 23 June, £29.99 was taken from my account by HINTAPP.COM/UK without my authorisation. Previously, I had only paid £1 for a “soulmate sketch” out of curiosity and at no point did I knowingly agree to any subscription or recurring payments. The transaction was made under my name, Dean Rodge**, using the email address deanmrodg***@gmail.com. As soon as I saw the unauthorised £29.99 charge, I contacted the fraud team at my bank and blocked all future payments to your service, because I did not consent to this charge or any subscription. I request that the £29.99 taken on 23 June be fully refunded and that any account or subscription associated with my name and email address be cancelled immediately so that no further payments are attempted.
