I Could Not Reach Hint App Support After Unauthorized Card Charge

On March 9, 2026, a charge of $29.99 was made to my Yapı Kredi credit card by an application called Hintap / Hint App without my knowledge or approval.

I do not have any membership, subscription, or intentionally made purchase associated with this application.

When I tried to contact the company, I could not find any clear customer support representative or communication channel. I have been unable to obtain any information regarding how or why this transaction was processed.

I also contacted my bank, Yapı Kredi, but they were unable to provide a clear explanation regarding the charge and no concrete solution was offered.

I request that the unauthorized $29.99 charge be refunded to me immediately. In addition, if there are any memberships, subscriptions, recurring payment instructions, or accounts opened in my name or linked to my card, I demand that they be canceled immediately.
