HintApp Charged Me for a Subscription I Never Approved
Even though I never approved any subscription related to the HintApp application, approximately $35 was automatically charged from my account on April 2. I had only used the application to browse content such as books and games, and I was never clearly informed about any paid membership or subscription service, nor was my consent obtained for such a charge.
The payment was processed automatically through my İş Bankası card. As soon as I noticed the situation, I contacted my bank, and my card was canceled immediately for security reasons.
I demand a full refund of the approximately $35 that was charged without my knowledge or approval. I do not want any subscription or paid membership service, and if there are any active subscriptions connected to my account, I want them all canceled immediately.
