Cancel Hint Subscription For Unauthorized Charges

I have discovered that Hint America has been charging me for an Astronomy subscription that I do not recognize or approve, and I want this situation resolved. The first charge I noticed was on January 12, 2026. At the beginning the subscription fee was around $0.50, but shortly after that it increased and I was charged $29.99 on January 19, 2026, again $29.99 on January 21, 2026, and then similar amounts in February and March (for example $29.99 and $29.29) on a monthly basis. I attempted to cancel this subscription through my device settings where it shows Subscriptions, and I also tried to cancel or manage it through the Hint America website, but despite these efforts the charges have continued. I did not knowingly subscribe to this Astronomy service and I consider these payments to be unauthorized. I request that the Astronomy subscription with Hint America be immediately cancelled and that the unauthorized charges taken from my account be refunded to me. I also ask for written confirmation that the subscription has been cancelled and that no further payments will be taken.
