Hint App EU Subscription Cancellation Ignored — $70 Still Charged

I purchased a monthly subscription through the Hint App EU platform. After using the service for a while, I canceled my subscription through the app. However, despite canceling it, charges continued to be deducted from my account.

After the cancellation, approximately $70 in unauthorized charges were taken from my Ziraat Bank debit card.

I do not accept continued billing after my subscription was canceled. I request that all amounts charged from my card after the cancellation be refunded to me in full.

If this issue is not resolved, I will be forced to pursue legal action and take the matter to court.

I kindly request that the relevant payments be reviewed, my issue be resolved, and the refund process be initiated immediately.

Friends, I solved my problem myself. Canceling the subscription for this app via Google Play isn’t sufficient; you have to go to the website and cancel the subscription there.
