Hint America Incorporated Falsely Charging My Cash App

I am writing to complain about repeated, unauthorized billing attempts by Hint America Incorporated on my Cash App account, even though I have never requested, agreed to, or knowingly subscribed to any of their products or services. The first attempted charge of $0.50 appeared on April 3rd, and after that, there have been several further attempts for $29, all of which were declined only because there were not enough funds in my account. I had no prior notice or agreement for these charges and only discovered them when checking my account activity. When I tried to resolve this, I could not find any clear or honest way on their pages to unsubscribe or cancel whatever they have set up. There is no obvious cancellation or unsubscribe option, and the way the site or app is structured feels misleading, as it keeps redirecting instead of allowing me to stop any supposed subscription. I have also seen that many other people are contesting their billing practices, which makes this situation even more concerning. I request that Hint America immediately delete any of my information from their systems, cancel any account or subscription that may have been created in my name, and permanently stop all present and future attempts to charge my Cash App or any other payment method. I also want written confirmation that my details have been removed and that no further billing attempts will be made. I expect this to be handled promptly, as these unauthorized attempts have caused me stress and wasted time trying to protect my account against charges I never agreed to.
