I am being charged by Hint America Inc for an astrology subscription that I do not want and have been unable to cancel. The charges started in January with an initial debit of $0.50, and since then, they have continued to take money from my Cash App account, including a charge of $29.99. I cannot find any way to cancel this subscription, and I do not have any contact number or clear channel to reach Hint America Inc, yet they keep going into my account. I am using Cash App, and these payments are being taken against my will, despite my efforts to stop them. I consider these transactions unwanted, and I am very uncomfortable that the company can repeatedly access my account without me being able to block or cancel it. I request that all charges taken by Hint America Inc for this astrology service since January be fully refunded and that this subscription be immediately and permanently cancelled so that they can no longer withdraw any money from my Cash App account.
