Unauthorized Helppay Google PUBG Mobile Charge on My Bank Account
On October 6, 2025, a charge of $33 (949.99 TRY) was withdrawn from my İş Bank account under the description “Helppay Google PUBG Mobile.” This transaction occurred entirely without my knowledge or authorization — neither I nor any member of my family made any purchases related to PUBG Mobile. No other unusual activity or transactions appear on my account.
As soon as I noticed the unauthorized charge, I immediately contacted my bank’s customer service and had a 48-hour restriction placed on my account for security reasons. However, I was unable to obtain a receipt or transaction slip — the charge only appears in my recent account history. I also do not know which city or branch processed this payment.
I request an urgent investigation into this unauthorized transaction and a full refund of the $33 that was withdrawn without my consent.
