On May 26, 2025, an unauthorized charge of ₺49.99 was made to my credit card by “Google *Microsoft.App” through g.co/helppay#GB. I never gave my consent for this transaction, and there was no confirmation, notice, or explanation provided. I have no idea what this payment was for, as I did not subscribe to or purchase anything related to Microsoft through Google.
This kind of unauthorized access to my financial account is unacceptable. I demand an immediate refund of the ₺49.99 that was withdrawn from my credit card. If this issue is not resolved right away, I will not hesitate to take legal action and file formal complaints to protect my rights.
Google must stop allowing such unapproved charges and take accountability for resolving them promptly.
