On June 6, 2025, a charge of ₺236.97 was withdrawn from my credit card ending in 9654 by “Google *Microsoft.App” through g.co/helppay#GB—completely without my consent or any prior approval. I did not authorize this transaction, was not notified in advance, and have no idea what the payment was even for. I do not use any service related to this charge and certainly never agreed to it.
This unauthorized withdrawal is a direct violation of my consumer rights under the Republic of Turkey's Consumer Protection Law. I demand the full amount of ₺236.97 be immediately refunded to my credit card without delay.
If this issue is not resolved right away, I will exercise my legal right to file a formal complaint and pursue action through all available legal channels. Google must stop allowing unauthorized charges and take responsibility for refunding users promptly.
